Tune search engine

The service would be useful for:
- Finding out the name of a song that is stuck in your head
- Finding out the name of any song for which you know a few bars
- Finding out what musical works a particular song alludes to
- Doing copyright searches
I don't know if the Tune Search Engine is my own idea, or if it was conceived wholly or partially by my friend Conrad.
Update: It looks like someone else has the same idea.
